🚚 How We Ship

All orders ship straight from our shop down in Livingston, Louisiana, right in the heart of the bayou. We pack every box like it’s headed to family — tight, safe, and ready for adventure.

Orders go out within 1–2 business days, and most folks see their package about 2 days later. We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail, unless you holler for something different.

💸 Free Shipping

Spend $50 or more, and the shipping’s on us. That’s right — free shipping anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.

🧾 Tracking & Delivery

Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your goodies from our shop to your dock. If your package takes a wrong turn or shows up looking like it wrestled a gator, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

If something ain’t quite right, you’ve got 30 days from delivery to send it back or swap it out. Just make sure it’s unused, in its original packaging, and send us a quick message so we can line everything up.

📦 Lost or Damaged Shipments

Sometimes the mail runs slower than a catfish in mud — but if your order gets lost or damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge.

🍁 Shipping to Canada

We’re happy to ship north of the border, but please note: customs fees or import taxes (if any) are up to the customer, and delivery might take a bit longer than our usual U.S. 2-day window.
